For UK deliveries, goods will be sent by Royal Mail 1st Class delivery.
For all other European countries goods will be sent by Royal Mail International Airmail delivery
For the United States and Canada goods will be sent by Royal Mail International Airmail delivery
Royal Mail shipping rates are based on the gross weight of the parcel, the destination and the service. The Royal Mail service by which we ship depends on the destination and is given above.
Shipping charges are automatically calculated in our Shopping Cart on current Royal Mail tariffs based on the above parameters.
For other international destinations we are unable to calculate the delivery charges automatically in our online shopping system because of the great variation in the cost of sending goods overseas. We request you to email us before confirming your order to enable us to send you the exact shipping charge for your order. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion.
We aim to dispatch goods within 2 working days of order confirmation. For UK and European deliveries you should expect delivery of your order within 3 to 5 business days of order confirmation. For USA and Canada you should expect delivery between 5 to 7 working days of order confirmation. However, the delivery time is dependent on the Royal Mail service and, in the case of International deliveries, on the postal service of the destination country. Any failure by us to make delivery by any given date shall not entitle the customer to terminate this agreement or refuse the delivery or to claim any expenses or consequential loss whatsoever.
In case a particular item is not in stock, you will be notified immediately and offered an alternative product or a refund for any out of stock item or have the option to cancel your order and receive a full refund.
In case of goods lost in the post, we will offer a full refund once Royal Mail declares your order as lost. If for any reason the product is returned to us by Royal Mail, we reserve the right to charge the customer for redelivery.
Returns and Refunds
If goods have not yet been dispatched, we will refund your payment immediately should you decide to cancel your order and advise us by phone or email of cancellation.
If an item is found to be defective, please contact us by phone or email immediately with details of the defect, to enable us to arrange for return of the defective product at our cost. On receipt of the defective product, you can choose either to receive a refund or replacement. In case of a refund, we will refund to you the total cost of the order including the delivery charge. In case you choose to have the item replaced, we will send you a replacement and bear the delivery charge.
If you decide within 7 days of receipt of goods to send them back unopened in their original condition, you will be refunded the total cost of the order less delivery costs, as soon as we receive back the goods. You will be responsible for the goods until they reach us so we recommend you use a secure delivery method which requires a signature on delivery. You will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless they were delivered to you in error. We reserve the right to restrict returns to unopened or defective products only at our discretion.
